Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ERCP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 20 years of age 2. Patients without a naive papilla 3. Patients who received any prophylactic measure for PEP other than rectal diclofenac (25 mg) 4. Patients with acute pancreatitis 5. Patients with surgically altered gastrointestinal anatomy, excluding those with Billroth I reconstruction 6. Patients who withdrew consent through the opt-out process
