Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Individuals who are in the 5th or 6th grade at the start of the study. - Individuals who participate in club team practices or games at least three times a week. - Male individuals who play soccer, or female individuals who play basketball.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who have left sports due to an injury or illness at the start of the study, and are not expected to return for at least 8 weeks (50% of the survey period). - Individuals who regularly receive medical support.
