Interventions

Perform a dual-task home program of singing and finger movements every day for about 15 minutes for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged 65 to 95 who have not been diagnosed with dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude people with a score of 20 or less on the first cognitive function test (MoCA-J). Exclude people with an unstable mental state or people currently receiving treatment for a mental illness. Exclude people who have difficulty writing.
