Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent. Patients diagnosed heart failure newly introduced to beta-blocker as treatment for heart failure. Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with significantly poor medication adherence Patients with advanced cancer Patients with a history of autoimmune disease. Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, etc.
