Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be students of a technical college who have provided informed consent, have normal blood pressure within the standard range as determined by a medical checkup, and show no physical abnormalities whatsoever.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals whose blood pressure falls outside the normal range during a medical checkup, or who have at least one physical abnormality
