Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years or older 2. Individuals with regular exercise habits 3. Individuals who are free from any diagnosed diseases and considered to be in good health 4. Individuals who provide written informed consent voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been advised by a physician to refrain from exercise 2. Individuals who require dietary restrictions 3. Individuals currently participating in, or intending to participate in, other trials involving food intake or medication use 4. Individuals who regularly use medications that may affect the study outcomes 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator
