Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 4 or older 2) Type 2 diabetes 3) Receiving insulin therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the principal investigator or co-investigators

MeasureTime frame
The study will investigate the frequency of induration among participants, as well as its risk and protective factors, and will observe changes in HbA1c and other outcomes over approximately six months (24 weeks) following brief instruction on site rotation during routine clinical care.
