Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to read documents in Japanese. Possession of a smartphone or computer and familiarity with their operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants must currently be receiving care at a psychiatry or psychosomatic medicine clinic. Other cases where the program facilitator determines that participation may compromise the safe implementation of the program.
