A transition support program for patients undergoing emergency surgery for acute Stanford Type A aortic dissection.The program includes structured interviews at three time points: before ICU discharge
standard care is provided according to current clinical guidelines.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent emergency surgery for acute Stanford Type A aortic dissection, 2) Adult patients up to 74 years old regardless of gender, 3) Patients capable of verbal communication and able to understand research explanations and provide consent, 4) Patients who can provide written informed consent for research participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients judged inappropriate for this study by the attending physician
