Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently employed as a paramedic in a fire department. Has received an explanation of the purpose and methods of the study and has provided consent to participate. Able to complete a self-administered questionnaire in Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not understand the purpose and methods of this study and do not provide consent to participate. Individuals who are unable to complete a self-administered questionnaire in Japanese. Individuals who are not currently engaged in duties as a paramedic. Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
