Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have no difficulty in daily living and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Subjects who are unable to do limb exercise training due to physical or other medical limitations. ?Subjects who are currently ill and on medication. ?Subjects with a history or current medical history of impaired glucose tolerance, mental disorders, sleep disorders, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or other serious illnesses. ?Subjects who have taken medication regularly for the purpose of disease treatment within the past month (excluding occasional use for headaches, menstrual pain, or common colds). ?Subjects with a history or current medical history of serious disorders of the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood, etc. ?Subjects with current or past gastrointestinal disorders (excluding acute appendicitis). ?Subjects who are at risk of severe allergies to high-protein foods, other foods, or medications. ?Subjects who have difficulty consuming protein foods (including preferences). ?Subjects who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or may become pregnant. ?Subjects whose average daily alcohol intake exceeds 40 grams. ?Subjects who may change their lifestyle during the study (e.g.,long trips). ?Subjects who are currently participating in other studies involving food or medication intake.
