Power naps will be conducted twice a week for 20 minutes each time between 12:00 and 14:30, while acupuncture needles are retained, for a total of 16 sessions over 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include female workers aged from20 to 60 years who experience physical and mental fatigue, such as work-related tiredness, decreased concentration, and reduced motivation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who are undergoing treatment for depression.
