Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-40 years Female participants Current neck pain lasting at 3 months chronic non-specific neck pain diagnosed by specialist physician pain intensity between 3-8 the Visual Analog Scale(VAS) Neck Disability Index(NDI)score<10 at the time of screening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: specific cervical spin disorders such as disc herniation or spinal canal stenosis History of whiplash or head/neck trauma recurrent migraine, fibromyalgia, shoulder disorders, inflammatory rheumatic diseasses, tumor or osteoporosis psychiatric disorders previous shoulder or cervical surgery pregnancy regular neck/shoulder exercise within the past 3 months missing more than 2 intervention sessoins
