Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All data from the satisfaction survey completed by participants who took part in online workshops conducted by WHAT Recovery Co., Ltd. between August 2021 and March 2025, and who completed all nine sessions of the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals excluded from the study through the opt-out procedure, based on their preference regarding the study's purpose and content.
