Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who do not have a habit of exercising Those who agreed with the purpose of this study Those who agreed with the objectives and content of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease during a health checkup. Those who have musculoskeletal disorders in their lower limbs and have difficulty exercising on a bicycle ergometer. Smokers. Those who are allergic to zinc and alcohol.
