Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elementary or junior high school teacher. 2. Have at least one lifestyle habit that needs improvement and want to improve it but are unable to do so. 3. Able to complete a self-administered online questionnaire without assistance. 4. Able to receive psychotherapy in Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a mental illness and are currently receiving medical treatment from a doctor

Improvement of one or more lifestyle habits including smoking, drinking, weight, exercise, and sleep

Psychosocial stress, hair cortisol levels, sleep quality and quantity
