Interventions

In the workplace setting, a short-duration bodyweight training program will be conducted during lunchtime, consisting of 15-minute sessions three times per week over a 12-week period.

Inclusion criteria: Workers aged 18 to 64 years employed at companies located in Shiga Prefecture

Exclusion criteria
