Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Second-year students of Junior High School A in Nankoku City Students who usually eat school lunches provided at the school Students present on both survey days and who participated in both the usual lunch duration and the extended lunch duration conditions Students in good physical and mental health, attending regular school activities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students absent on the survey day(s) or those who participated in only one of the two survey sessions Students with missing data in primary outcomes or questionnaires (excluded from analysis)
