Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Practitioners who actually provide oral care in caregiving or nursing settings, as well as dental professionals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who habitually perform improper sponge-brush oral care, or whose simulated patients reported pain or discomfort.
