Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees working more than 20 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Not on administrative leave (2) Not having been diagnosed with a mental health disorder (3) Not a student (4) Japanese is the language used in everyday conversation.
