Eat the test food in the sensory evaluation room. Eat the test food while watching the VR video (sample A). Eat the test food while watching the VR video (sample B).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy men and women aged 20 years or older. 2)Subjects who don't dislike vanilla ice cream. 3)Subjects who can prohibit themselves from taking alcohol on the day before trial. 4)Subjects who can sleep enough on the day before trial and keep their regular conditions. 5)Subjects who can prohibit the intake of caffeine,stimulants such as spices,and chocolate until the measurement time on the day of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with food allergies (milk and egg).

MeasureTime frame
Autonomic nervous system indicators are measured during rest after device attachment, during consumption of the test food, and during subsequent rest. Using rest before consumption of the test food as a baseline, the differences between rest, VR video viewing, consumption, and post-consumption are calculated, and exploratory comparisons are made between the control group and each VR group.
