Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who work as welfare case workers. 2) Those aged 20 to 64. 3) Those who participate in this training workshop held by researchers and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have been diagnosed by a researcher (psychiatrist) as having a mental disorder that prevents them from participating in workshop training. 2) anyone deemed unsuitable by researchers for conducting this study.
