Inclusion criteria: The patients who were inserted Power PICC by using Sherlock 3CG from 2019.1 to 2025.4 in our department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who expressed their refusal to participate in this study through the publicly disclosed opt-out document
