Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Studies involving adult patients diagnosed with PPPD Clinical studies evaluating the efficacy of treatments for PPPD, including pharmacological therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or vestibular rehabilitation Randomized controlled trials (RCTs), prospective or retrospective cohort studies, or case series Studies reporting changes in symptom severity scores (e.g., DHI, VAS) as primary outcomes Peer-reviewed articles published in English since 2000
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Studies focusing on vestibular disorders other than PPPD (e.g., Meniere's disease, BPPV, vestibular neuritis) Studies with unclear diagnostic criteria or mixed patient populations Review articles, letters, single case reports (n<5), animal studies, or basic science research Studies lacking sufficient detail on treatment or outcomes for quantitative data extraction Duplicate publications or overlapping cohorts
