Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Child participants 1. Child who is the 3rd, 4th or 5th grade student of the study schools 2. Child who is at class on the day of survey Guardian participants 1. Guardian of the child 2. Aged 18 years old or older 3. Guardian who is at home on the day of survey Neighbor participants 1. Neighbor living next to the child 2. Aged 18 years old or older 3. Neighbor who is at home on the day of survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Child participants 1. Student whom schoolteachers consider inappropriate for participating in the study Guardian participants and neighbor participants 1. Village resident whom village heads, deputy village heads or other village excecutives consider inappropriate for participating in the study
