Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were unable to undergo the constant-load ergometry test (CLET) owing to motor dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, or other diseases were excluded.
