Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both Neyer and Hawkins tests positive No history of severe injuries such as fractures and tears of the rotator cuff muscles, Pain in the deltoid muscles of the shoulder No neck abnormalities, inflammatory, rheumatic, or neurological diseases No history of surgery Painful arch and no participation in strength training programs for at least the past six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Missing two to three practice sessions Inability to continue studying Absent one of the pre-test or post-test sessions
