Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Of the 34,258 participants in the UONUMA cohort study who were eligible for the 10-year follow-up survey, those who were able to complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are withdrawing consent.
