Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar disc herniation who have any one of the following characteristics (i) to (iii): (i) Patients with a high signal intensity zone (HIZ) who were candidates for surgery, (ii) patients without a HIZ who were candidates for surgery, and (iii) patients who were candidates for surgery because of the failure of treatment with condoliase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet any of the inclusion criteria (i) to (iii)
