Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women aged 40-64 who are considered to be at low to high risk for cerebrovascular disease based on office blood pressure according to the Japan Guidelines for Hypertension 2019. In other words, men and women with blood pressure of 130/80mmHg or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who regularly visit a doctor for high blood pressure, regardless of whether they are taking oral medication or not
