Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Independent in outdoor walking - No significant cognitive impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Currently hospitalized or residing in a care facility - Requires a cane or walking aid during ambulation - Insufficient understanding of instructions - Has a severe injury, illness, or disability that prevents participation in assessments

-Gait function (gait speed, cadence, step length) -Lower limb movement velocity (hip flexion, knee extension, knee flexion, ankle plantar flexion)

-Demographics (age, sex, current medical conditions, medical history) -Body composition (height, weight, body composition, lower limb length) -Balance function (Timed Up & Go Test, Functional Reach Test, One-Leg Standing Test) -Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) -Joint range of motion (hip flexion/extension, knee flexion/extension, ankle dorsiflexion/plantarflexion) -Muscle strength (hip flexion, knee extension, ankle plantarflexion, Grip strength) -Muscle fascicle length (triceps surae) -Muscle activity (triceps surae, tibialis anterior) -Questionnaire (fall history, frailty, low back pain)
