Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons who have been distributed a brochure inviting participation in the training for this study and have obtained their consent to participate in the study of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following conditions will not be included in this study (1) Nurses who have not participated in the training program to improve nursing staff's ability to cope with dementia (2) Those who have not given their consent to participate in the study
