Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who underwent orthognathic surgery for jaw deformity from April 1, 2013 and December 31, 2023. 1. CT was taken before, 4 weeks after and 12 months after surgery. 2. cephalograms were taken before , 4 weeks after surgery, and setting the retainer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Jaw deformity was related with the cleft and other systemic diseases. 2. there was other all data. 3. patient underwent additional treatments could influence the airway.
