Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident of Japan (nationality not required) 2. Aged 20-69 years at the time of survey 3. Neither the respondent nor any cohabiting family member is employed as any healthcare or long-term care provider (e.g., physician, nurse, pharmacist, clinical laboratory technologist, physical therapist, care worker, etc.) 4. Sufficient Japanese proficiency to understand and complete the web-based questionnaire 5. Access to the internet and an internet-capable device (computer, smartphone, or equivalent) 6. Ability to provide informed consent by reading the online consent form and checking the "I consent" box
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The respondent or any cohabiting family member reports working in the medical or long-term care sector (e.g., physician, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, allied health professional) 2. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions (e.g., multiple responses from the same IP address within a short timeframe, after review of timestamps and response patterns) 3. Inability to understand written Japanese well enough to complete the questionnaire 4. Age under 20 years or 70 years and older at the time of survey 5. Failure to provide informed consent (the respondent does not check the "I consent" box)
