Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 200 employees working for ANA Kansai Airport Co.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exercise function-related tests will not be performed in patients with resting systolic blood pressure less than 70 mmHg or greater than 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg at rest. Body composition measurement in body will not be performed in patients with a pacemaker.

Grip strength (hand and finger strength), stand-up test (lower limb muscle strength), shoulder joint range of motion (shoulder raising movement), neck rotation angle, lumbar forward bending range of motion, balance ability (standing on one leg), physical fatigue, discomfort by body part, understanding and willingness to use educational videos, perception and behavior change of nudge intervention
