Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by fatty liver/MASLD who attended an eligible medical institution during the period under study, with and without imeglimine use. 2) Patients for whom the required data collection items (see below) are recorded in the electronic medical record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients for whom the required data items cannot be collected in the medical record
