Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in affect (positive affect score, negative affect score, and positive affect balance) will be assessed at three time points: pre-intervention, post-intervention, and follow-up (approximately three weeks after intervention). The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) will be used as the assessment measure.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in loneliness will be assessed at three time points: pre-intervention, post-intervention, and follow-up (approximately three weeks after intervention). The UCLA scale(short form) will be used as the assessment measure.
