Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia at Osaka Metropolitan University Hospital between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases where surgery was performed using only local anesthesia 2. Cases where surgery took 5 hours or more 3. Cases where surgery took less than 1 hour 4. Cases where ASA (America Society of Anesthesiologist) Physical Status was 4 or higher 5. Cases where the patient was under 20 years old on the day of surgery
