Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This scoping review will include studies that meet the following framework (PCC) and study design criteria. -Population: Nurses within 12 months of graduation from a nursing training school -Concept: Mental health support and educational programs specifically designed for New graduate nurses(NGNs) -Context: Hospital settings globally -Study Design: Quantitative studies and mixed methods studies published between January 2014 and July 2024 in English or Japanese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: qualitative studies, case studies, cross-sectional studies, review studies, discussion papers, case reports, commentaries, editorials, and expert opinions.
