Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years or older Patients who received continuous enteral nutrition with Peptamen AF for more than 72 hours after ICU admission Patients whose blood glucose levels were measured every 4 hours for at least 72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN) Patients undergoing treatments that strongly affect blood glucose levels (e.g., severe hepatic failure, diabetic coma, high-dose steroid therapy) Patients with persistent hypoglycemia due to septic shock
