Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were eligible if they had suspected or confirmed nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) pulmonary disease, or if they had other non-NTM respiratory diseases and provided sputum samples for diagnostic evaluation at Osaka Toneyama Medical Center.
