Inclusion criteria: Among the facilities in Prefecture A listed by the Japan Hospital Association, 13 facilities with 400 or more beds have nurses working in their wards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses working in pediatric, obstetrics, and psychiatric wards
