Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 20 and over who have experience in caring for cancer patients receiving outpatient treatment at Hospital A (regardless of blood relationship with the patient)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not give consent to participate in the questionnaire survey
