Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy male and female adults aged 18 years or older. 2)Students who are enrolled in the Gakkensai (Japan Educational Exchanges and Services: JEES) insurance program, as required by the Graduate School of Agriculture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant or lactating women 2)Individuals with allergies to any of the 28 specified ingredients listed on the test food label 3)Smokers 4)Individuals who have taken carotenoid-related supplements or medications within the past month
