Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Work at a home care support clinic that has experience in providing end-of-life care at home and treating patients at home 2) Have been engaged in nursing care for outpatients for at least one year at their current place of employment 3) Possess a nursing license (nurse, assistant nurse, public health nurse, midwife) 4) Understanding Japanese language 5) Can use a personal computer (e-mail, Internet, WORD) 6) Have already obtained a Google account or plan to do that by the time of participation in the educational program
