Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The Population-Concept-Context (PCC) framework recommended in the JBI methodology was applied to formulate the review questions and establish the eligibility criteria. Population: Children aged 18 years or younger who are diagnosed with or suspected of having any hereditary tumor, as well as their families and healthcare providers. Concept: Disclosure support for communicating hereditary tumor-related information to children and adolescents. This review mapped the characteristics of disclosure support, including the type of support, target age, target disease, resource format, delivery method, content, and whether the support had been evaluated. Context: Settings or environments in which disclosure support for communicating hereditary tumor-related information to children may be provided or used. These included clinical care, genetic counseling, oncology care, pediatric care, psycho-oncology, community-based services, and family or home settings. Types of evidence sources eligible for inclusion: This review included primary research studies and relevant support resources that described the development or evaluation of resources, interventions, or professional support for disclosing hereditary tumor-related information to children and adolescents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Studies for which only the title and abstract are available, and the full text cannot be accessed, will be excluded. 2)Studies including data from participants aged 18 years or older will be excluded if 20% or more of the participants are 18 years old or above.
