Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults aged 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients certified as requiring long-term care 2) Patients diagnosed with or undergoing treatment for dementia, cancer, or psychiatric disorders, such as depression and schizophrenia 3) Patients with brain abnormalities detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 4) Patients with severe xerostomia, chronic otitis media, or sinusitis 5) Patients with a complete denture covering the palate
