Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female students aged 13 to 18 years Physically capable of safely engaging in physical activities, confirmed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and clinical evaluation Engaging in less than 60 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per day (PAQ-A score below 2.75) Enrolled in one of the selected girls' schools in Shahrood County Willing to participate and provide informed consent (and parental consent when applicable)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Experiencing chest pain or discomfort during physical activity Having musculoskeletal limitations that restrict safe participation in physical activities Currently taking specific medications or psychoactive drugs that may affect physical or psychological status Diagnosed with mental or neurological disorders Unwillingness or inability to participate in the intervention or study assessments

| Changes in motivation levels toward physical activity, measured by validated motivation questionnaires. Increase in physical activity engagement, assessed through self-reports and/or objective activity trackers. Improvement in motor competence, evaluated by standardized motor skill tests appropriate for adolescents. Enhancement of physical performance, measured by fitness tests such as endurance, strength, or agility assessments. | — |
