Interventions

A 75 g OGTT will be performed on subjects with urinary 11-KG concentrations in the lower quartile.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Not diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. 2. 20 years of age or older. 3. Have given their free and voluntary written consent to participate in this clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those taking drugs that affect glucose metabolism (steroids, immunosuppressants, beta-blockers). 2.Those with a history of malignancy of the kidney, ureter, bladder, or urethra. 3.Those with a history of endocrine disorders. 4.Pregnant or possibly pregnant. 5.Lactating mothers. 6.Known hypersensitivity to the study drug (Traylan G Solution 75g). 7.Any other cases in which the principal investigator determines that the subject is not suitable for the study.
