Inclusion criteria: 1) Newly diagnosed high-risk AML patients 2) Age: 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of previous treatment for AML 2) Patients with severe comorbidities 3) Patients for whom it is difficult to obtain consent
